Care/Case Management
- TLC will work with our clients and/or family members to
prepare, coordinate and direct a comprehensive geriatric support program. As a
case manager,TLC interacts with other area resources such as doctors; and
social, recreational, spiritual, legal, tax, insurance and various patient
needs.
- TLC has qualified, Certified Senior Advisors
(CSA’s) to assist and guide our clients from pre-retirement through the
end stages of life.
