OUR PROVIDERS

Our caregiver providers are special in that each one offers a loyal and caring personality. As appropriate, each provider from a Registered Nurse (RN), Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), Certified Home Health Aid (CHHA), to Companion/Homemaker are trained, schooled, licensed and certified by the State of Massachusetts.

Before beginning client work, all of our providers are carefully screened and evaluated including reference checks, CORI report clearance, verification of license or certification, CPR, driver’s license and liability insurance coverage. TLC has qualified staff that are trained and certified with the Society of Certified Senior Advisors to assist you with all your needs in every aspect from pre retirement all the way through to funeral planning. Case Management

TLC will work with the client and family members to prepare, coordinate and direct a comprehensive long-term geriatric support program. As a case manager, TLC interacts with doctors, therapists, family members and other area resources such as social, recreational, spiritual, legal, tax and insurance.

TLC has qualified staff that are trained and certified with the Society of Certified Senior Advisors.
