Our Mission
We at TLC Home Health Care Services realize that when someone is unfortunately unable to be independent, their family members are in need. Our goal, therefore, is to provide health care services to our clients that will enable them to be more self-sufficient while enhancing their well being, dignity and quality of life.
TLC works with the client, the family, primary care giver and health care professional to tailor a plan that enables the client to set his or her goals. The plan offers affordable and flexible services that allow the client to benefit from assisted living in their own homes and to continue to make their own lifestyle choices. Family members are involved but not burdened or overwhelmed.
Our caring services are available to elderly, postoperative patients, physically and mentally challenged persons and those experiencing chronic illness or injuries.
